Kinesio taping
The kinesiology tape is stretchy.
Kase created Kinesio tape with a proprietary blend of cotton and nylon. It’s designed to mimic the skin’s elasticity so you can use your entire range of motion. The tape’s medical-grade adhesive is also water-resistant and strong enough to stay on for three to five days, even while you work out or take showers.
When the tape is applied to your body, it recoils slightly, gently lifting your skin. It is believed that this helps to create a microscopic space between your skin and the tissues underneath it.

The minimum number of sessions required per month is 2 sessions a week. The results of any training programme or coaching course cannot be guaranteed and progress depends on the client’s effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. Individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by either the Trainer. Clients sign a 3-month contract and once the contract expires, work on a month-to-month basis. If a client wishes to terminate training with me, one month’s written notice is required. Note that all payments are upfront! No-shows forfeit BOOKING and are liable for payment. Strict 24-hour cancellation/Rescheduling policy, failing to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No-show assessments will be charged and invoiced! Booking will be automatically canceled after 15 mins and you are still liable for the fee. Latecomers will be trained for the remainder of the booking! Rescheduled BOOKINGS must be used within 30 days of the original booking. NO REFUNDS! PROOF OF PAYMENT MUST BE received before your 1st booking otherwise your bookings will be cancelled until POP has been received!
